DAVID CALAMARI is a New York based magician and theater artist. He combines magic, storytelling, and theater to create truly unforgettable moments of astonishment.

David won't be seen wearing tuxedos, or pulling rabbits from hats. His magic is fresh, exciting, and interactive. He is the perfect addition to your next event to make sure guests are talking about it for years to come.

Ever since his uncle made a coin vanish for him when he was three years old, David has been fascinated by sleight-of-hand magic. David went on to study the craft at the prestigious Tannen's Magic Camp from 2011-2019. Now, at 23 years old, David has won multiple awards for his artistic performances, and has been recognized by his peers as an innovative creator and consultant. He is currently a co-producer of An Evening of Magic, a monthly show in NYC with a rotating cast of performers.

David performs at private events all across New York and the tristate area, including at the exclusive members-only club, Zero Bond. He is a resident magician at The Back Room, one of only two speakeasies in NYC that operated during prohibition. He also works behind the scenes and consults on the current off-Broadway hit, Asi Wind's Inner Circle.
